A PBS premium service designed to provide instructional guidance to installers of Eagle Window & Door products. This comprehensive inspection program provides the instructions necessary for successful installation per manufacturers recommended guidelines and best practices developed by nationally recognized associations. Our goal is to help eliminate avoidable installation problems and reduce the need for additional costly repairs. Through education and a thorough inspection program we hope to identifying problems early in the construction process when adjustments are easiest to address.
This premium service program includes:
1st Job Site Visit:
This first job site visit is to be scheduled for the day installation is to begin. Our technician will demonstrate proper techniques of installation using a couple of windows and one of each type of door on the project. (Vista Pointe excluded) We want you to understand the critical aspects of the installation so that the windows and doors operate as they are intended to. At least one installer and a supervisor are required for this visit.
2nd Job Site Visit:
The second job site visit is to be scheduled after all the windows and doors are installed into the openings but before the stucco, siding or sheet rock has begun. Our technician will inspect each unit for operation, noting any warranty and/ or installation issues. A written report will be provided within 72 hours of this inspection with detailed information for each unit and what, if anything needs to be done to resolve issues.
3rd Job Site Visit (Final Inspection):
This final job site visit is to be scheduled at the completion of the project. Our technician will walk the job and systematically inspect each window and door for proper operation and or warranty issues, siding or sheet rock is completed and you are ready for final inspection. A written report will be provided within 72 hours of this inspection with detailed information for each unit and what, if anything needs to be done to resolve issues.
