Warranty Service
Eagle® window and door products are backed by one of the best warranties in the industry, however; in the event that you experience a warranty issue our experienced and professional Service Department is ready to assist.  To report a warranty claim, please contact the dealer from which the windows and/or doors were purchased. Parts
Occasionally parts are lost or damaged on the jobsite, or you simply want to order additional parts.  If you need additional parts you can start by identifying the part(s) you need on Eagle’s replacement parts web site then contact your dealer with the part# in order to receive a quote.

Service for Hire

Installation errors and oversights are the leading cause of window and door problems and in many cases are very difficult to fix after interior and exterior finish has been completed.  Our experienced service technicians are available to help you get out of a jamb. For issues which are NOT warranty related PBS offers service for hire at reasonable hourly rates. Our hourly rates vary in accordance to the location of the required service.  With over 17 years of experience our service technicians can handle assessments, adjustments, re-glazing (replace glass), as well as remove and replace component parts.   PBS does not uninstall, remove and replace complete window or door units. We will attempt to adjust or repair the unit to make it operate and function properly to the best of our ability.  PBS does not guarantee all issues can be resolved with adjustments.
