 Frame & Sash
Select wood components are kiln dried, and treated with water/insect repellent and preservative. Interior wood surfaces are available in standard Pine or optional wood species. Interior Finishes are available unfinished or factory primed. Optional factory finishes available in a variety of stains and base coats.
Wood components are fitted with aluminum extrusion on the exterior. Fifty standard colors conforming to AAMA 2604-98 are available, as well as custom colors. Also available in a selection of seven exterior anodized options. Glazing
Minimum 5/8" OA Low-E4 glass with a low conductance spacer. Clear IG, high altitude glass and other special glazing options are available.
Weather Strip
A continuous perimeter bulb weather strip around the frame ensures proper seal at corners. A secondary bulb weather strip is applied on three sides of the sash.
Window Anchorage
Folding vinyl nail fins are pre applied into a kerf on the frame exterior to facilitate installation. Optional metal installation clips are available.
Support is required underneath all bow and bay units. For additional support, Eagle offers a cable support system. Insulated platforms and brackets are not included.
Head and Seat Boards
Wood head and set boards are available in Birch or Oak.

Choose Casement or Double-Hung, both are equipped with a stainless steel gear operator, concealed hinges and hinge track. |
Casement Sash Locks
Concealed, sash locks provide a positive lock.
Stainless steel keepers resist corrosion.

Locks, operator covers and handles are available in 10 finishes and can be shipped separately closer to job completion. |
